Darla has a professional background that includes nearly 20 years of experience in advertising, sales and marketing, has been an agent at Exit since 2005. LeRoy has an extensive background in executive management, and has been practicing real estate since 1996. We were married in the fall of 2007, and now operate as a team. Together, we are the top-producing team in our office. The good news is that you now get two professionals (aka "A Pair of Aces") for the price of one! We are actively involved in the community and giving back is a key part of our philosophy. We donate 25% of our commission to Spokane teachers, firefighters, public safety officers, health care and military personnel, in partnership with the Homes For Heroes program. We've been involved in the Habitat for Humanity "Blitz Build" and also participate in the annual Spokane Association of Realtors Food Drive benefiting Second Harvest Food Bank. Additionally, we contribute a portion of every closing to Exit Shares, which directly benefits local programs:
